1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JITO JOBS platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2 Nature of Service

JITO JOBS provides a non-commercial, volunteer-driven platform designed to facilitate job matching between job seekers and employers. The Platform is not a placement agency or recruitment consultancy

3 User Responsibilities

• Users shall ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or post content that is offensive, discriminatory, false, or misleading.
• Employers shall use the Platform in good faith and must not exploit job seekers or post deceptive job listings.

4 No Guarantee

JITO JOBS does not guarantee job placement, employment opportunities, or the quality or suitability of any job seeker or employer. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5 Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, logos, design elements, and data on the Platform, is the property of JITO or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
